浅谈深化内部审核,提高现场审核有效性

质量管理体系的内部审核是组织进行体系管理自我完善的重要手段之一,内部审核的有效性对怎样按GB/T19001-2016标准的要求,推进以质量管理为核心的"质量四化"建设,夯实质量管理基础起着巨大的现实作用。只有较高程度地体现审核的有效性,才能对组织的质量管理发展做出基础性、战略性贡献,获得领导的高度重视和信任,持续推进质量管理体系的良性运行。

Calculation of strain amplification matrix for strain invariant failure theory based on representative volume element models with periodical boundary condition

Strain invariant failure theory (SIFT) is a micro-mechanics-based failure theory for multi-scale failure analysis of composite materials originally proposed by Gosse and Christensen. In this paper, the approach for obtaining strain amplification matrix which is a key step for the execution of SIFT is improved by adopting representative volume element (RVE) finite element models considering periodical boundary condition, based on which more actual deformation mode is reflected. The deformation modes and strain data at the characteristic points of the centroid cell of multi-cell RVE model are analyzed and taken as a reference. It can be concluded that more reasonable deformation mode and relationship between the micro-mechanical and macro-mechanical strain states are obtained by employing the new model. Finally, numerical examples are provided to illustrate the determination of strain amplification factors within the RVEs considering periodical boundary condition at the characteristic points.     

大型斜拉桥的空间构造及设计分析

斜拉桥是重要的桥梁结构形式,由于其梁体内弯矩小、建筑高度低等优点而被广发地采用。该文主要针对大型斜拉桥的空间结构特点,分析和研究了斜拉桥的空间设置和设计问题。首先根据斜拉桥的结构组成,分析了各个组成构件的空间布置,并进行了相应的力学计算,在此基础上,研究了大型斜拉桥的空间结构设计,主要讨论了在具体情况下的结构选型问题。     

系统聚类分析中的遗传算法

简要介绍了系统聚类法的各种常用方法,对Ward方法进行了分析,说明爬山法一般得不到全局最优分类,因此提出结合Ward方法,用遗传算法进行聚类,特别是对交叉操作进行了设计,从而将遗传算法用于聚类分析.最后的实例表明,遗传算法在处理多样本、多属性、多类别的问题时,是一种有效的方法.     

Spectral Wave Modeling in Very Shallow Water at Southern Coast of Caspian Sea

This study evaluates the capability of the Simulating WAves Nearshore (SWAN) wave model (version 41.01) in predicting significant wave height and spectral peak energy content for swell waves in very shallow water of surf zone during depth-induced wave breaking and dissipation. The model results were compared with field measurements at five nearshore stations. The results demonstrated that some breaker index formulations were successful for significant wave height prediction in surf zones. However, an incorrect shape of the energy spectrum and overestimated near spectral peak energy content at shallow water stations were obtained using all of the embedded depth-induced wave breaking formulations in SWAN. The dependent breaker index on relative depth (K_pd) formulation, which was successful in predicting near spectral peak energy content, resulted in an average error of 30%. Finally, this formulation was modified to enhance the model performance in reproducing the spectral peak energy content.
